Pedestrian killed on I-94 in Wright County

St. Paul, Minn. — A pedestrian was hit and killed Thursday night while walking into traffic on Interstate 94 in Wright County, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

The pedestrian walked into westbound traffic and was hit by semi-trailer and then by a car, authorities said. The pedestrian's name was not immediately released.

The State Patrol is investigating the incident, which happened at about 9:20 p.m.
