The Orchestra and Minnesota Public Radio collaborate to present the innovative "Inside the Classics" series, co-hosted by Orchestra violist Sam Bergman and conductor Sarah Hicks. On the first half of the program, they'll delve deeply into the joys and inspirations of a single work: Beethoven's Symphony No. 6. The Orchestra will play brief passages of it, and related music, to illuminate this score for the audience. After intermission, the Orchestra presents a complete performance of this masterwork.
