Statement from the candidate:
I am running to give people a progressive choice on the ballot. In order for democracy to work, people must be given a choice. I also would like to empower other young women to run for office and get involved with the decision making process.

Biography:

2002 Worked for Ken Pentel (state wide grassroots organizer) and for MPIRG (Minnesota Public Intrest Research Group) 200-2002 Clean Water Action Alliance (grassroots organizer, field manager, Assistant canvass director) I have worked on many projects through CWAA and MPIRG. Some of the campaigns have been getting more renewable energy, stronger standards for coal fired power plants, no more storage at Prairre Island, and Mercury reduction inititives.
